Depot is designed to:

• Help users learn about blockchain technologies and digital assets.

• Offer simplified tools and dashboards for educational exploration.

• Visualize hypothetical or projected data for research and orientation purposes.

Nothing on the Depot platform should be interpreted as a recommendation, endorsement, guarantee, or financial directive. We do not offer brokerage, custody, trading execution, or fiduciary services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All numerical values (e.g., token metrics, growth charts, APYs, liquidity flows, etc.) are projections provided solely for educational and navigational purposes.

• The information provided may reference hypothetical or outdated data and does not reflect real-time market conditions or guarantee any outcomes.

• Depot assumes no responsibility for any profit, loss, investment decision, or economic outcome resulting from use of the platform.

Users must conduct their own due diligence and consult qualified financial professionals before making any decision involving digital assets.

Depot includes dashboards, filters, curated lists, simulation modes, and educational modules (such as “Journey Mode”, “Leverage”, “Detective”, etc.). These tools:

• Are designed to illustrate concepts and support learning.

• Operate using speculative models, publicly available data, or third-party sources.

• May include visualizations that are not accurate representations of real-world conditions.

Use these tools at your own risk. Do not use them to make trades, investments, or other financial decisions without professional consultation.

Depot may reference or integrate with third-party services, block explorers, RPC nodes, or analytics providers. These services are:

• Provided for convenience and educational enhancement.

• Not under our control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or behavior.

• Used solely at your discretion. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

You understand and agree that:

• All content is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• Depot makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented.

• The crypto and blockchain space is highly volatile, and past performance or patterns referenced in educational material are not indicative of future results.

To use Depot, you must:

• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

• Use the platform in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Depot is not intended for use in jurisdictions where digital asset tools or educational crypto platforms are prohibited.

All platform content, branding, text, graphics, and underlying code are the property of Depot, unless otherwise noted. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform materials without written permission.

• Misrepresent Depot content as financial advice or repurpose it for promotional or commercial purposes implying financial endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Depot, its contributors, partners, and team members shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or reliance on the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or business interruption.

• You use the platform entirely at your own risk.
